Welcome to Addictive Me. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, addictiveme.com.au, and purchases made through our online store.

1. About Addictive Me

Addictive Me is an Australian online apparel and merchandise brand offering graphic products through our online store.

Our apparel is primarily produced using a print-on-demand fulfilment model. This means products are generally produced after an order is placed rather than being held as pre-produced inventory.

We work with third-party production, fulfilment and delivery providers to manufacture and deliver our products.

2. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use our website in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, accounts, systems or data
• Interfere with the security or operation of our website

However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen or device, and minor variations may occur as a result of the printing and manufacturing process.

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, artwork, graphics, logos, branding, product imagery and written content displayed by Addictive Me are owned by, licensed to, or used by Addictive Me with appropriate commercial rights.

You must not, without appropriate permission:

• Copy or reproduce our designs or protected content
• Modify or distribute our artwork
• Use our designs for commercial purposes
• Manufacture or sell products incorporating our protected artwork
• Use Addictive Me branding in a way that suggests an unauthorised association with our business

All third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or commercial rights to Addictive Me's intellectual property.

4. Orders

By placing an order with Addictive Me, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method
• You have reviewed the products, quantities, colours, sizes and delivery details before completing your purchase

After an order is placed, it may be submitted to production shortly afterwards.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after production has commenced.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will determine whether the order can still be modified.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no alternative arrangement is agreed with you, we will provide an appropriate refund.

5. Pricing and Payments

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices, products and promotions may change from time to time.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing information is accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the affected order to explain the issue and provide available options.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers made available through our online store.

6. Print-on-Demand Production and Fulfilment

Addictive Me works with third-party print-on-demand production and fulfilment providers.

Depending on product availability and fulfilment requirements, products may be produced or shipped from different facilities or locations.

As a result:

• Production times may vary
• Delivery estimates may vary
• Products within the same order may occasionally arrive separately
• Production and fulfilment locations may differ between orders

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided as guidance and may be affected by order volumes, product availability, carrier delays, customs processing, weather events and other circumstances.

If there is a significant problem or delay with your order, please contact Addictive Me and we will assist in investigating the issue.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery information may be displayed during checkout or explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If you realise that incorrect delivery information has been provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to assist where possible, although changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipping.

If an order is lost, significantly delayed, damaged during transit or otherwise experiences a delivery issue, please contact us so that we can investigate with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider.

8. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products

Because our products are generally produced to order, Addictive Me does not normally offer returns, refunds or exchanges simply because a customer:

• Changes their mind
• Selects the incorrect size
• Selects the incorrect colour
• Orders the wrong product
• No longer wants the product

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request information such as your order number, photographs and a description of the problem to help us investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

Addictive Me uses third-party services to operate our online store.

Gift cards:

• May be used toward eligible purchases from Addictive Me
• Cannot generally be exchanged for cash except where required by law
• Must be protected by the recipient, as gift card codes may function similarly to cash
• May be subject to additional terms displayed on the relevant gift card product page

Any applicable expiry period will comply with Australian law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addictive Me will not be liable for loss or damage that is indirect, consequential or not reasonably foreseeable as a result of using our website or products.

We are also not responsible for loss resulting from misuse of a product or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
